• If you can't make your booking we offer a reschedule facility - bookings can be rescheduled up until 12 hours ahead of your session.  To do this, there is a link on your booking confirmation email.

• In extreme weather conditions you may amend your bookings with less than 12 hours notice.  You must contact us to discuss.  Rain is not an extreme weather, extreme heat is.

• We will cancel bookings in exceptional circumstances.
